The Char Dham Yatra, or journey to four important Hindu temples, is thought to grant “Moksha” to the lost souls. Usually, this journey begins in Haridwar and concludes in Badrinath. The four Dhams are all surrounded by majestic scenery and steep hills.

.When you arrive at Haridwar to begin your tour of the Chardham yatra package, take in the magnificent sight of the powerful small diyas glittering inside the Ganges and providing a sight to behold. As you travel through Mussoorie’s foggy roads, enjoy the scenery as you approach Barkot/Kharadi, the queen of the hills.

.The second day of the Chardham trip package will be full of surprises as you go to Yamunotri, the location of the Yamuna River’s origin. One must walk for about 6 to 8 hours to get here. Visitors’ minds are calmed by the lovely shrine honouring the River Yamuna, which exudes a peaceful ambience. The region is also home to Jamunabai Kund, where visitors from all over the nation gather to perform “visarjan” on the Divya Shila and give prayers.

.On the third day of your journey, you’ll see the capital city of Uttarakhand, Uttarkashi. Uttarkashi, a city on the banks of the Bhagirathi River, is well known for its historical buildings and the variety of activities it provides. You get the opportunity to marvel at the 6 metre tall Trishul in the Shakti Temple here. One of the oldest Shiva temples, Vishwanatha Temple is located in the centre of the city.

.You will visit Gangotri, the birthplace of the River Ganga, on the fourth day of your journey. Enjoy the peace and tranquilly while sitting along the banks of the Ganga as it flows with all of its might. Admire the magnificent sight this enormous temple made of white stone provides. As you move towards seeking blessings, say prayers and pay attention to the aartis and holy melodies being played.

.The tour’s fifth day will begin with a check-out from Uttarkashi and a transportation to Guptkashi. I had a look at the captivating scene of Baghirathi and Alakhnanda coming together at Devprayag. Visit the Ardhnarishwar shrine, a shrine dedicated to the half-male, half-female form of Lord Shiva, after arriving at Guptkashi, and participate in a delightful prayer there.

.You will begin the sixth day by travelling to Gaurikund, which is thought to be the location where Lord Shiva professed his love for Goddess Parvati. There is a tiny pool of naturally occurring hot water that is always warm.

.You will ascend to Kedarnath from Gaurikund and get the opportunity to take in the stunning Kedarnath Temple, which is surrounded by the snow-capped Himalayas. As you enter the temple and enjoy pure haven while listening to the bells ringing and holy prayers being offered, praise the powerful Lord Shiva.
We will travel from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and then from Gaurikund to Guptkashi on the seventh day of our journey.

.The eighth day will begin with your journey to Badrinath and arrival at your comfortable lodging. You will receive Lord Vishnu’s blessings from the entire town. Don’t forget to awe at the sacred Alaknanda-Manakini River confluence. Before leaving for your stay, take advantage of some quiet and spiritual time here.

.On the ninth day of the journey, the group will visit the Badrinath temple, where the Morning and Evening Aartis will provide some serene sights. Enjoy the pony rides as you are led to the temple and take in its splendour. Take the opportunity to relax in the sacred Tapt Kund hot springs.

.Your final day of travel will bring you back to Haridwar, from which point you can return home while carrying a lifetime’s worth of memories.
